How do I return a product that was shipped to me from Gobshop.com?
We will accept the return as long as the product is in the original packaging, not used or damaged and returned to us within 30 days from when it was shipped out to you. Please be aware that if you decide to send the product back, regardless of whether it meets all the mentioned criteria, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the refund issued to you as a store credit. If all criteria apply, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting customer service representative. Once you receive the RA#, please put that somewhere on the outside of the box and send it back to:

Once we receive your returned product, we will be able to issue you the proper refund or credit within 3-4 business days. In the meantime, please return to the website or contact customer service and re-order the correct product to ensure the item is in stock at that time.
How do I return a product that I received from a manufacturer?
Please contact Customer Service via phone or email so that we can obtain a RMA # from the manufacturer for you. Once we have this number from the manufacturer, we will contact you via phone call or email with the RMA#. Write the RMA# in a visible location on the outside of the package along with the appropriate mailing address as to where you will be sending the product. We will be able to issue the correct refund to you (less the 20% restocking fee, if applicable on CUSTOM products) once we have confirmation from the manufacturer that they have received the product back in their warehouse.
If I pay for CUSTOM work and I do not like it can I return it for a refund?
Yes, you can return the product but you will only be credited for the product itself and not the CUSTOM work. For instance, if you ordered a lacrosse head to be CUSTOM strung and you send it back because you do not like it, you will receive a refund only for the unstrung lacrosse head, NOT the stringing work.
Are there restocking fees on any products that are returned?
All CUSTOM Helmets, Cages/Goggles, T-Shirts/Apparel and/or Gloves are the only products that are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be given an in-store credit for the remaining credit amount, minus any shipping & handling charges.
What do I do if my product breaks or is defective?
Gobshop.com has an agreement with all of its key manufacturers that they will take care of any warranty issues directly with any of our customers. If a product you receive breaks or is defective, all you need to do is contact the manufacturer, let them know that you purchased the product from Gobshop.com and what happened to the product. As long as the product is under warranty, they should take care of your warranty issue. See the following list of all of our key manufacturers we work with:
